Using gmail as mail server

It is possible to use gmail’s smtp server for outgoing messages.
Keep in mind that gmail restricts the number of messages that can be send to 2000 per day for free accounts.

To use g-mail enter the following settings for “Mail Settings”

SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP port: 587
SMTP user: [youruser]@gmail.com
SMTP password: [you gmail password]
SMTP from name: Any name you want to use as “From user”
SMTP address: [youruser]@gmail.com (must be the same as SMTP user)
Force SMTP to use TLS: checked
